18/3/10 - The delivery timetable for the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) has now been released by Ofgem in preparation for the system going live on 1 April 2010. Ofgem will still be in consultation until May 10, when the final guidance for electricity suppliers will be issued. Whilst this will create confusion, the system will still begin on 1 April as planned. PV system owners (generators) should receive a letter by 19th March if they are currently part of the RO scheme, detailing any action required to move to the FiT scheme. Further information will be on the ofgem.gov.uk website. Not all electricity suppliers will be FiT Licensees, a formal list will be available on the Ofgem website.
